Personal Coached Program
Our Personal Coached Program provides you with a personal coach, a tailored training program based on your goals, weekly training plans specific and personal to you. - Cost $199/4 weeks.
(1 hour one to one run/ride/strength sessions with a coach are available for $50 per session, swim sessions for $70 and injury consultations for $60 per session)
Professional Coached Program
Our Professional Coached Program includes a personal coach, a tailored training program based on your goals, weekly personalized training plans, one weekly face to face ride, run or strength session with an experienced coach and one injury consultation. - Cost $480/4 weeks.
(Additional 1 hour one to one run/ride/strength sessions are available for $50 per session, swim sessions for $70 and injury consultations for $60 per session)

Coach Supported Programs
Pick a program for your chosen race and we will tailor it to your individual needs. Your personal coach will offer guidance and respond to questions through emails, calls or texts. Should you require a modification to the program we offer a low change fee of $24.95 (primarily for longer distance training programs.)
